How Do I Place An Order?
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
PayPal (Safe and Secure). All major credit cards are accepted. Orders will be shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail
PAYMENT for Custom Orders
All orders must be paid in full prior to production. All major credit cards are accepted (Safe and Secure). Payment of invoice will act as approval of invoice and digital proof even when no other verbal or written approval has been given.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
GRAPHIC DESIGN $30 per hour.
Any Changes from the original artwork submitted (aside from sizing) is considered Graphic Design and will be charged at $30 per hour.
Any custom design requested and created by CVW Tees from concept is considered Graphic Design and will be charged at $30 per hour.
With Graphic Design you will be allowed up to 3 revisions and up to 3 Mock Up Designs.
Graphic design will be billed/invoiced separately and will not be printed until finalization and customer approval.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can not be canceled after final approval and payment.
TURNAROUND TIME
Average turnaround time is 7 business days from time of invoice and proof approval and receipt of payment. Turnaround time is based on customer needs and current production schedule. This turnaround time is not guaranteed. If an order is time sensitive, it is suggested to allow at least a full 2 weeks lead time for production. Orders are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Orders over 500 pieces or multiple designs may require more time. Turnaround time begins upon approval of invoice, proof and receipt of payment. RUSH ORDERS: Turnaround in 3 business days: +30% Turnaround in less than 1-2 business days: +50% We do not offer same day printing services. Rush order spaces are limited.
Returns & Refunds
All claims must be made within 72 hours from receipt of order. Please email capitolcvw@gmail.com immediately if there are errors or problems with any order. Exchanges are only offered on unworn, unwashed orders returned in their entirety. Partial returns will be satisfied by credit or refund on approved claims.
ARTWORK APPROVAL
All new artwork or copy changes are approved via digital proofs sent by email. Approval of artwork proof is required prior to production. Vector files are preferred files.

Full Front: 12″ x 16″
Full Back: 12″ x 16″
Left Chest: 4″ x 4″
Short Sleeve: 4″ x 4″
Long Sleeve: 4″ x 14″
Leg: (sweatpants) 4″ x 14″
Inside Tag: 3.5″ x 4.5″
PHOTOSHOP FILES: (.psd) Photoshop files must be CREATED at 300dpi or higher in the EXACT print size desired or larger. JPEG and TIFF files are only accepted if saved at 300dpi in the EXACT print size. All font layers must be rasterized. Word (.doc), PowerPoint (.ppt), Excel (.xls), Rich Text Format (.rtf), Graphics Interchange Format (.gif), Ping (.png), Bitmap (.bmp) files are NOT accepted. Files submitted outside of these requirements are subject to additional charges and production delays.
REORDERS
Reorders are subject to minimum order requirements.
SAMPLES
Due to prohibitive costs, single printed or heat transfer samples are NOT offered. GARMENT AVAILABILITY:
Capital City Tees reserves the right to substitute garments of comparable brand and/or color when customer’s request is unavailable.
